In the news: April 13 logistics village drop-in public meeting

Camino’s Long Sault Logistics Village project team was pleased to be part of the April 13 public meeting organized by the Township of South Stormont and SDG Counties to share the latest information for the proposed Long Sault Logistics Village. During the drop-in session, the team was able to respond to community questions and share the latest planning document, the Draft Plan of Subdivision application.

This plan is based upon the master plan for the site that has been in the works since 2021. It shows the proposed alignment of a new county road, as well as the phasing and layout of the industrial employment lands on the Long Sault site. For those who couldn’t attend the session, this Draft Plan is available for download and review.

In a recent edition of the Cornwall Standard-Freeholder, there was an article summarizing the April 13 open house. The full article is available for review here.

Other recent news has included an article in the Cornwall Seaway News, which can be found here.

Avenue 31 and the Camino Long Sault Logistics Village team would like to thank all those who attended the drop-in meeting and who shared their comments and questions. The team will continue to provide more details on the Draft Plan as the document review process continues.
